8.2 Limited License. jii77 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without jii77's prior written consent.

8.3 Game Content. Individual games on the Platform are the intellectual property of their respective third-party providers (such as PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, and others). 10.1 jii77's Right to Terminate. jii77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where jii77 determines in good faith that: (a) the player has breached any provision of this Agreement; (b) the player has engaged in or is suspected of engaging in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal conduct; (c) closure is required by applicable law or regulatory directive; or (d) continued account operation poses an unacceptable compliance, legal, or reputational risk to jii77.

10.2 Player's Right to Close. You may close your jii77 account at any time by contacting the support team. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure (net of any active bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements) will be refunded to your registered payment method.

10.3 Effect of Termination. Upon account closure, whether initiated by you or by jii77, all pending bets at the time of closure will be settled according to their outcomes. Your access to the Platform will cease immediately. Provisions of this Agreement that by their nature survive termination (including Section 7, Section 8, Section 9, and Section 11) shall remain in full force.

11.3 Regulatory Complaints. If a dispute cannot be resolved through jii77's internal support process, you may escalate your complaint to the relevant regulatory authority in accordance with the applicable rules of the licensing authority under which jii77 operates.

11.4 Jurisdiction. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines for resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the processes described in this Section.

12.1 Right to Amend. jii77 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amended terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Material changes that affect existing player rights will be communicated to registered players via email notification or prominent in-Platform notice at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date.

12.2 Acceptance of Amended Terms. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. 12.4 Entire Agreement.
